I just called today for some information, just plain information about if there is certain times to come into take a CDL test, and an african american man named Chris answed the phone and said give me your license number, I said I do not need to schedule an appointment I just need to know if there are certain days to come in to take the CDL test, he said I understand, I undersand, I need your drivers license number to see if your license has been suspended, I then told him that I was calling for my husband and that has not driven CDL before that he just wanted to know the schedule to come in and take the CDL test to get his permit. He once again just said I understand, I understand, but he would not give me that simple information on what days my husband would be able to com in and take a CDL test to get his permit. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason that he would need a drivers license number just for telling me if there were certain days for taking the CDL test to recieve a permit. He was not helpfull at all and if he hates his job so bad then he should quit so that someone that actually wants to help people and work can have a decent job!
