I am 21 years old and have been denied from the bar because the quality of the photo on the ID you issued me. This is unacceptable to me and I think you need to revise your photo taking set up because many people have complained of the quality of their drivers license to me. Your staff was rude when I tried to smile, and dismissed my questions as unimportant.
