I recently visited the Bastrop DMV office for getting a learner’s license. I had the worst experience ever in the USA. For the first time in the USA I saw such a non-supporting and rudely speaking staff. The lady that was sitting at the counter was fighting with everyone. There were about 5 people that were waiting in line and she was fighting with everyone. I was so sacred to go to her but unfortunately my turn came and I had to go to her. She was not even listening why I had come and started asking about documents which I was not supposed to bring. After not listening to me for few minutes and very rudely talking to me she asked me to go.
Because I knew that I had all the necessary documents I again took the token, stood in line and went to another representative at other counter.
I seriously felt that the lady needs some kind of medical help. I have recently moved from Minnesota and there people at such official positions were so nice and humble. Truly speaking I did not have a good first impression of Texas.
I do not mean to hurt anyone through this review, I am just writing, as a correct feedback gives a scope of improvement.
