Moved to Ct, changing license to Ct. waited on line to get proper forms and instructions. Went home, filled all out. Next day arrived prior to opening, when opened had to stand in line 45 mins just to have a nice man say sit and wait for your number to be called. It will take 15mins. 52 mins later it was called. Then around a corner to wait for an eye test. Then around another corner for final paperwork. Over 3 hours!! There should be no where in today’s day and age that takes that long. The most disappointing thing is everyone we tell about how terrible a system it is just smiles and says “that’s the dmv”. So it’s not New and not better and no signs of improvement. Please have someone investigate the process. That’s what’s so bad. The people all were nice but resigned to horrible working processes.
