Are the women who work there required to be rude or do they do it voluntarily? From the lady at the front desk to the woman who took my picture for my license it was the same display of unwelcoming, unfriendly, discourteous behavior. They may not be aware of the fact they we, the tacpayers, pay their salaries so someone should inform them of that fact. Thank you for allowing me to express my frustration at the treatment I recieved. I have worked with the public for most of my life and one thing I have learned is to treat people the way you want to be treated.
