The evaluator assigned to me for the Pre-Trip/Backing exercise was difficult to understand and it was challenging to comprehend her instructions. After threatening to fail me twice, in frustration, she demeaned me by requiring me to read the instructions back to her. An effort should be made to assign evaluators with the appropriate language skills. Even though she was Multi-Lingual it presented problems for me and made the experience much more difficult than it needed to be.

I am a supervisor at the BMC Farmers Branch location. My driver failed a pre trip inspection on a Class A inspection.

He was only there for 36,000 truck trailer combination class inspection. He hasn’t learned how to drive our Big Truck yet. He needs to be certified for the truck/trailer combination with electric brakes only on a gooseneck.

I think there was a little confusion with this as I have had two other drivers certified with the exact same combination in Dallas.
Please let me know what we can do. Would it be possible to come back today?
