The employees are very rude. I waited 3 hours and when I was called to take my vision test I was told the machines do not work for mono vision. I asked why wasn’t I told and the rudest employee told me that I was supposed to ask! I have had my eyes tested in a number of other states and never had a problem. She told me “THIS IS TENNESSEE”! How do these people keep their jobs? and who hires them? People skills should be the first thing they look for in a potential employee which clearly was never considered. The employees did not appear to care about anyone or their issues, just a lot of arguing and loud talking going on most of the time I was there. Disgraceful. Are there no supervisors on site?
