I was on hold for 2 hours. There is nothing indicating you are still on hold, after you press 1 for English to make an appt the call is silent. After holding for more than two hours I called back and the line was busy. I am trying to make an appt for a road test, first time driver on October 3rd in Coral Springs or Margate or Deerfield How do I do this?
