We were told we could make an appointment on line. I’ve been on the site for 35 minutes and finally found the appointment info which was to call 940-484-6666. All you get when you call that number is an automated recording which I have listened to about a dozen times and find no mention of appointments. This DPS is an embarrassment to the state of Texas. People wait in line for hours at your office, then when told it’s best to make an appointment that seems to be impossible. I’m going to contact my state representative for what little good that will do!
