Her name tag read (LaDonna). Not only did we encounter her bad attitude, but there were several people walking out of the facility complaining as well. When one of the people who had encountered this same employee (LaDonna), asked another employee what her problem was, the young lady just replied ” She’s been working here along time”. This is not an excuse for being rude. Ms. LaDonna should in NO way work with the public.
