I had a current GA Power bill showing my Midway, GA address. The DDS employee entered Savannah as the city, not Midway. I returned to have this corrected, again with a current bill. I verbally explained that apparently there is a street with the same name in Savannah but that I live in Midway. Yesterday, 3/29/2018, I received a voicemail that my license was returned to them and I must go by DDS again to retrieve my license. There is no reason for it to have been returned unless FOR THE THIRD TIME, the DDS employee did not enter the correct address. As a schoolteacher who works 60 minutes away, this is incredibly frustrating. To have to take leave (which impacts my retirement) to again deal with the errors of the DDS office is ridiculous.
