My current car registration does not run out until October 2018. Will the DEQ test results still be valid in October allowing me to register without having to take the car in for an emissions test? Please advise and thank you in advance.
As information, I tried to contact the DMV using the new 804-497-7100 and received a busy signal on each of three attempts.
