The latter ones work at the first desk you encounter after you finally get to enter this facility. I had one heavy guy with a Lion King lanyard (first encounter) tell my fiance WRONG information, almost forcing him to take tests he did not need to take (until some other employee corrected him, saying what he was telling us was wrong), and I also had one older brown woman with dark hair in a ponytail (second encounter) basically accuse me of LYING and starting an argument when I was only expressing something I had witnessed two weeks prior. SHE was the one who harassed ME and treated ME disrespectfully, yet she acted like I was the one causing trouble. Both of these employees acted VERY inappropriately and unprofessionally, and my fiancé and I were very upset by this treatment. We are all tired and struggling these days, so people like these should not be working at jobs like this if they are going to approach people with such abusive, rude attitudes. (We had to go to this office on June 2, 2021 around 4:30pm and again on June 17, 2021 around 3:30pm so it was whoever was working at those times). It is a pity, as everyone else in the office seems to be doing their jobs appropriately, but employees like these two drag the quality of the entire office down because they act like they are worth something and on some power trip. It is not necessary to make an already stressful situation more stressful. This facility needs to reprimand these particular employees and forcibly retrain them to act more appropriately. Any other employee who YELLS or treats people rudely should go through the same training.
