It is, however, impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Your instructions to call the office during business hours is a joke. I have tried numerous times at different times of day (during office hours) and they simply will not answer the phone. All I want to do is make an appointment to take the written test, First time in my life I have had to do this since getting my original license. My husband is in poor health and can’t drive me so I have to ask someone to take me. In moving from Kansas to here, there were so many issues with the moving, I over looked the fact of my renewal. Believe me, it will never happen again!

How in the world do they even still have their jobs is beyond me. I have read that it is a privilege to drive in Texas. If that’s the case they need to do everyone the privilege of firing every employee in that office and getting people who actually don’t mind doing their job. Sorry to make you do your job by simply asking a few questions! The things that a person has to go through just to get a license is ridiculous enough. These people seem to thrive on making it even harder. Thanks for absolutely nothing!
