I went to renew my license on 3-4-18 waited 45 minutes to be called after receiving number. Went thru process including eye test got my temp license and gladly got out of there. Screaming kids and all. Today 3-7-18 got card in mail telling me I need to come back and take eye test. What? I did already. Internet says they are open on Saturday in Rome till 5. I drove another 10 Miles one way only to find them closed. Now I got to go back next week and drive another 10 Miles one way and do it all over again. The lady that called me up was in process of trying to wait on people coming in door and left me standing there for more than 5 minutes before returning to help me. This undoubtedly made her forget what she was doing and didn’t note I took the eye test and passed it. While waiting on one person they should not be trying to wait on other people coming in door when I have been sitting there for 45 minutes. Plus you need a bigger waiting room you sit too close to other people and having screaming kids roaring in your ear the whole time you are waiting. Please change The way you process customers. Thank you
