Just a quick question.
I am a permanent resident in Springfield IL . But I have not secured a driving license yet and its past 90 days.

I exited US to visit my country of origin just for one month.
When I go back to Springfield this April, am I entitled for another 90 days permit to drive providing I have my Philippine drivers license?
I will probably be able to buy a car this time.
