I have been trying to get my ditches dug out at 400 Henderson for 2 years its been flooding for years. the manager said he will do the ditches once the other project was completed. I drove by the project and all the equiptment have been removed. I cant have my place flood again so I am going to dig the ditch myself and leave the dirt right beside road and you can pick it at your convience thanks bernabe aparicio
