I have tried to ask a simple question and cannot get through to anyone only automated service none of the options is the answer to my question . I just want to know if one can make appointments to come to DMV in Danbury Ct to transact registration transfer of car to grandson from grandmother ,?Dear God with the cost of owning a car in Ct you should be able to get an answer to a question . I really don’t care much about the wait, although it is bad. It’s trying to get someone on the dam phone when you know NOT EVERYONE there are NOT BUSY and you people know it. I have watch workers just sit and just talk to each other while the phones just RING-RING-RING just like any other place. Doctor’s office or other places. They act like they DON’T get pay for working, and take it out on us. We ARE TAX PAYERS, and without us walking through those doors YOU WOULD NOT have a job. So REMBER THAT. I’m SURE LOT’S of people would AGREE. So remember that. Thank You
