Driver License renewal service, the input of information can be erroneous by the customer service representative. This makes the customer, not considered to be viewed as a non-citizen, and must show additional documents for identity purposes. So what is the procedure of validating identity information to service an already proven identity since the customer has already has a valid drivers license, and it just has to be renewed. The representative, might as well type in the wrong information, and not ask questions to validate what is being typed in is correct. What makes government representative, in an office environment an official to say that an application can be denied because of the representative’s mistake of procedures.
My case, the only visual indicator that I might be a non-citizen is skin color. So, what immediate action taken that requires additional identity issue, is related to an already issued MN Driver’s License which is viewed as an unauthorized identity card? Other than that, this might be considered a racial incident. I have bee to the SS Admin. Office in Austin, and there are no issues. So, the conflict of information is directed back at this DMV Office, Albert Lea.
