I called to get some information to help me as I have moved from Iowa to MN…I listened through a lengthy list of instructions …I finally got an operator ( a man the time was 12:45ish)..I explained I needed to talk to someone about how to go about getting my Iowa license changed and also to get new MN license plates for my car and find out if indeed you opened at 7:00 as I was told …..and at that point HE HUNG UP ON ME……I don’t think that is a very good representation of “Minnesota NICE” Very disappointed —I called because I need help…not to be hung up on
