My wife Yoshie waited two and a half hours yesterday to get reimbursement for two 2018 ad valorum car tags
which were never applied to the the license plates. Instead the cars were sold on December 26, 2017 for $500 and $3000. She was told by two different clerks that this is not reimbursable. How can Fulton County justify
charging taxes on something she does not own for a year when she does not own it? The Fulton County license
plates for these vehicles were removed on December 26, 2017. What does the Fulton County accounting office
do with this tax money for these nonexistent Fulton County vehicles in 2018? Where does it go? Does this go directly into Arthur Ferdinand’s salary when there is no trace and no responsibility? 4043570304
