I just need to renew a license. I am over 79, and required to appear in person for renewal. First I need to make an appointment. The DPS on line and telephone instructions circle from one to another and back, without allowing me to schedule an appointment. Please advise if my only recourse is to walk in at the DPS office in Beeville and stand in line to make an appointment. Thank you.
