I requested my tag be renewed through this tag agency 2 months ago, and have for years. This time I have not received it, have tried calling with no answer at the location. The mailbox is ALWAYS full, there is no other way to contact anyone and I get off of work too late to get there to pick up my tag. Can someone please get my tag to me before I get a ticket, or return my call?
