Hello,
I had an appointment at the Hondo Pass location in El Paso, TX. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment and was not seen until 10 minutes until 2 PM. I took all of the documents that the appointment and website told me to take. The man asked me if I owned a vehicle and I said yes. Then he asked for proof of insurance and registration. I told him I had my insurance but, my registration was expired and I couldnt renew unless I had a drivers license.
I dont understand why it was not clearly stated in the appointment reminder or the website to that I need that documentation. Also, why would it matter if I owned a vehicle or not to issue me a drivers license. It makes absolutely no sense at all.
I have an appointment scheduled for today, 12/8/2023, at 10:00 AM. I need to cancel & reschedule. How do I do that? Thank you.
