Just left from this office after waiting for 2 hours and not even being seen. The person running this office spent more than 20 minutes on the phone having a loudly spoken personal call knowing that her office was busy. She even stated that fact to whomever she was conversing with. She willfully and purposely denied customers a chance to get seen by constantly having personal conversations on the phone or with the few people she did see. When it got close to closing time she didn’t even have the decency to come out of the office to tell us she wasn’t taking anymore people, she sent a customer. This was a ridiculous abuse of power and time. Not everyone can come first thing in the morning. I feel 2 hours before closing should be more than enough time for someone to take a written exam. Clearly it’s not.
