I am the groundskeeper for 500 and 508 W. Ennis Ave, Harriett Adams Interior Design and the Verizon store in Ennis and several years ago when handicap ramps were installed on the corners of the sidewalks a crew came out and repaired the irrigation systems that were damaged during installation. Why wasn’t this done after the widening of Ennis Ave. I have to manually water the grass in order to keep it alive in this heat and before the sprinklers automatically came on until pipes and sprinkler heads were ripped out. Please explain how so much can be spent on construction but not on repairing something that is going to keep the newly planted grass alive and grass that is on ones personal property that used to be watered automatically.
