Is this non-existent office part of the ten million dollar up grade?
What does it take to inform people that this office is not there?
Oh I get it, it is another way for the state to heap frustration on those that pay your wages.
How inept and blatant.
Thanks for the waste of time. Now the state owes me $27.43 for mileage.
Is it possible for me to apply online since I am out-of-country at the time. My address in Eugene is still available for mailing Thank you. P:S instead of coming into an office
