Dear DMV supervisors in Florence:
My visit to DMV in Florence yesterday (06 April ’18) was amazingly rewarding because of the attitudes and conviviality of your two outstanding female receptionists, but exceedingly noteworthy and commendable was the lady, Shannon, who served me on the second visit, because of her friendly, courteous service in renewing my DL, but also, for her patience and eagerness in answering difficult and vague questions for the lady in queue ahead of me. In my military experience, this exuberance and beautiful attitude that seemed so genuine would be called “service above and beyond the call of duty”.
Please consider Shannon for your highest award and, if you don’t have one, then by all means, create one—an absolute minimum being a letter of praise and commendation. Heck, you can even use my endorsement. Shannon is a true nonpareil and sui generis. My accolades, indeed!
