I need to speak with someone at the DMV in Malone, NY but cannot get through to them. There is a recorded message that says they can’t take a call at this time and to try later but after several days of trying at different times I just get the same message. I really need some information that I can’t get from the web site. Could someone please either call me or email me so I can get an answer to my important question?
