Something needs to be done about the long lines that wraps around the building..In this degree of weather accommodations need to be made for the people that is trying to get service. The staff was no help at all today..My daughter passed out from heat exhaustion and no one called 911. They offered her water from a fountain, mind you she just passed out ( unable to walk without assistance, not all there) so there was no cup for you guys to bring her water..She did not get offered a seat inside the building to cool down..Instead she was told to wait in the car until her ride was ready to leave, The Staff there assumed she was trying to cut the line and was very rude and not helpful at all. My daughter has medical issues and for her not to even get 911 called to help her is very frustrating and Im pissed..I had to leave work in Spring to come to my daughters rescue…THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND REBUILT TO ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE..A BIGGER FACILITY SO PEOPLE WONT HAVE TO STAND IN THE HEAT
