I need to ask a question that is not covered online or in the phone menu. I called and went through six minutes of unrelated choices and then was hung up on because all operators were too busy. The system is not user friendly.
This website has the location of the Lubbock DPS office at an address where the office has been demolished. This whole experience has bee frustrating and does not reflect highly on the Texas DPS.
