I have a question. I bought a 2002 ford mustang for my granddaughter from a private sale. I have the original title with me, but my granddaughter’s mother somehow got the guy to write her a bill of sale in her name for $2000.00, I paid $4000.00 for it. She (the mother) had a new title and registration made in her name. She registered in Ginny Paye, NOT Gabrielle Allen like she was suppose to do. what do I do to make this right? She wants to be able to drive her car to school?
