I need to renew my drivers license. I am elderly disabled and your offices are not reasonably accessible to me. I searched online and thought I was on your web site when I paid to renew it electronically. Because, afterwards, that seemed “too easy,” I became skeptical. Looking closer, I saw it was a private site (DriversServices.org).
Will my renewal application be processed by Kentucky’s BMV/you? Do you have online processing of drivers licenses renewals? What does an elderly person like myself do when they cannot reasonably access your office to renew their drivers license? Thanks for your help.
