I got a speeding ticket and was told i could pay a fine or take a drivers course…Id prefer to take the course than give the city my money…the phone number on the ticket worked to find a a real human on the other side of the phone, though he knew absolutely nothing and had no clue what phone number for me to call…I called 4 other numbers related to the dmv and tax office, it rang for 5 min before i finally gave up…i have a life too. I found a few more numbers where no one answered. at this point i just need to find a number where a human answers me! I then call and find someone who answers, very snarky and rude and doesn’t know how to help. I find another number who claims they think they know someone can help but she’s “Sick” this is so messed up, if you want your tickets done and citizens happy start taking accountability and actually acting like you care about the people you’re meant to serve!!
