  1. Kimberley Jeracki says:

This staff is by far the worse. I have been here about 3 times, and I always get awful service.
The first time I came here about 2 and half years ago, I had a lady yell at me, because I had trouble reading a letter during the eye test to renew my driver’s licence. She kept yelling at me to read the letter even after I told her I can’t read it multiple times. It was so embarrassing to be yelled at in public, that in my driver licences you can see my eye are a little red from me about to cry.
The second time I came here about a year and half ago, the SAME LADY, who yelled at me the first time was doing the LP stickers. She asked what my plate number was, I gave it to her TWICE, because she couldn’t hear me, and nearly started to give me attitude. So when the lady walked back around the counter to give the other lady my LP number, the second lady printed out my sticker and gave it to me. I walked to my car to put it on, and it was wrong….. the LP number on the sticker didn’t match my plate. And I look at the paper that the sticker came with, and it was not even my name. It was some girl name Jessica…. So I go back in there and I explain to the second lady that it was wrong, and the rude/mean lady heard and starts yelling, “You said your name was Jessica! Why would you say your name was Jessica when it’s not?!” The second lady (the nice one) had to tell the rude lady to go somewhere else, because she wouldn’t stop yelling.
The most recent time was about 3 month ago. I went with a family member to get their ID, and I need it for some college paperwork. Today, I turned in the college paperwork with the ID in, and the lady couldn’t approve the paperwork because one little thing on the ID was wrong…. It said my father was a female……… SOOOOOOOOOOOO… Not only do I have to call off work to go to this dumb DMV to have them fix this, I have to print out a new copy of the ID which is expensive at my school. So I’m losing over $100 (a combo of missing hours, and using the copy machine at school) to fix a mess that these people make. There is a deadline for this paperwork, and if I miss it because of these people I will make sure someone loses their job.
